It's genetic. My boyfriend has a hard time growing facial hair, too, but it's because he's part Native-American. Although, you would NEVER guess it looking at him. He's super pale, blonde, and has blue eyes.


Also... it's not just Native-American who carry the no-facial-hair gene... and sometimes the genes are locale specific, like facial hair only on in a a certain place (ex: mustache only, no throat hair, etc.).
nah man, its nothing to worry about, its just how your body has decided to work, there is a guy i work with who cant grow hair on his upper lip, and i knew a guy who couldnt grow hair on his chin... it doesnt mean there is something wrong with you...

My husband can't grow facial hair on his chin OR upper lip. Its just how your body works, that doesn't make you retarted. There are a lot of people that can't grow hair there, its not that big of a deal. :)
