Do acne products affect facial hair growth?

I'm just curious,does washing your face twice a day and using acne masks cause facial hair to be patchy or not grow right/longer?Do acne products affect facial hair growth?

i know if u have a few bad pimples then u may not grow much facial hair there. like my dad, below his upper lip, he had a lot of pimples that were ugly pimples and now he doesnt grow a full beard cause below his lip it doesnt come in.
