Facial expressions which convey understanding and concern for the client鈥檚 needs in the following situation?

client: ' I cant tell you how disappointed I was when I took this dress home. The color was nothing like it was in the store.

I listened attentively but smiled broadly during the conversation.Facial expressions which convey understanding and concern for the client鈥檚 needs in the following situation?
Nodding occassionally to indicate that you are listening is suffice.Facial expressions which convey understanding and concern for the client鈥檚 needs in the following situation?
slightly furrow brow.. narrow the mouth as if you're pondering. nod..showing that you understand where she is coming from and why she was upset.

Don't just stare at her, look at the dress as well if she has it exposed so you appear to be examining the problem as she speaks about it.
smiling broadly!!! If i was the client and you smiled broadly while i was telling you that i would think that you're thinking that i'm stupid or vision blind.. p.s how can a dress change colour from the store to the house? lol.. thats weird!!!!!
Kind of tilt your head a little it looks more like you're giving her an ear you know what I mean I wouldn't smile broadly though it may appear you're laughing
