I regularly remove hair on my cheeks, chin and upper lip and have found that after a few days, I start to get break outs. I have acne-prone and oily skin anyway and am wondering if this hair removal is causing the hair growing back in to cause break outs? Any ideas or suggestions?Facial hair removal and acne breakouts?
What are you using to get the hair off? I just found this little gem from Noxema - It's called an ';Eyebrow Shaper'; - It's basically just a tiny razor but is EXCELLENT for the dreaded facial hair. I know they say when you shave it makes the hair come in worse but I haven't found that to be the case. It's way easier then waxing, and works like a charm. They're hard to find, I had to google it and buy them online. Try it though - Save major $$ from going to the salon. Also I would suggest trying Witch Hazel as an astringent for your face - It's gentle and gets off dirt and oil that you didn't even know was there. Good luck! if u romove ur hair then that cause alot more breakouts because ur spreading all the oil thats on ur face which is sebum ur spreading that with the hair removel stuff it cause more acne if u keep using it more and more thats ur problem cause ur making ur self breakout more.sry if i was kinda harsh just stressing a bit
