i use no.7 and it is realy good, i never get spots and my skin feels so soft but it will cost you. there are loads of good ones on the marget, look around, buy some samples and see which one you like best, everyone is different.
i love st. ives olive oil scrub. You can buy it in any drug store or department store. I have tried many different products and this one is by far the best one I have come across. It is around 3-4$
Any Mario Bedascu products - they are made in New York and I live in London so have to order them internationally but they have saved my life (and my skin!)
very mild soap..no additives..rinse very well..use a water based moister while you skin is damp
