laser, i've had it on my legs and bikini area and it's great, it's a little expensive but it's forever!
Waxing is the best way.
Waxing, but you need to be careful not to use a thick or excessive amount of wax, as your skin on and around your facial area is very sensitve, use rubbing alcohol immediately afterwards. Good luck!
