What is a good facial moisturizer?

Anyone know a facial moisturier that helps dry skin?, but also is not too oily since i have acne prone skin.

St ives Collagen Elastin Facial Moisturizer! It makes my face ridiculously smooth and soft! I put it on at night and in the morning just rinse the face and done! I don't like putting it on in the day time cause it gives me a shine. It comes in a little tub.

I like mark's moisturizer, but a good substitute you can pick up at Target is Clean and Clear's line. I use their acne prone one when I'm between my mark orders.
