Why is toilet paper advertised as ';facial quality';?

Do you really intend to use it on your face?Why is toilet paper advertised as ';facial quality';?
Kind of like the Secret deodorant slogan: ';Strong enough for a man but PH balanced for a woman.';


It's soft enough for your face but you use it for your butt.Why is toilet paper advertised as ';facial quality';?
Why shouldn't you use it on your face? I use it from using it on my face to wiping up a small spill, cleaning a small area, and the obvious. It comes clean, not used. :)
When one has to blow ones nose, sometimes the only option is toilet paper.
i think too say that its soft as tissue....becoz as u care ur face u even need care for ur butt...after all if its not good quality..one might have rashes or sumthin like that....!!!
sometimes...to blow noses and remove makeup. If its good enough for my face it must be really good for my bum
