What is that string called that they use to take facial hair off with? Can one buy it?
Huh? that is no string.. it's an electronic PROBE... and, yes... you can buy an electrolysis machine... but you won't be able to use it on yourself, so you will still need help.

I have had my brows waxed before and the waxed skin appeared lighter, so wouldn't this happen to my upper lip too if I got it waxed? Lean muscle mass burns more calories than fat does, so building up your muscles (not making them bigger, but stronger %26amp; with more endurance) will help you shrink those fatty cells as you continue to burn more calories than you take in each day.
If you're loosing weight everywhere else, and still seem like you have a swollen face %26amp; arms you may want to bring this up with your doctor, as you may have lymph drainage issues.

I severly doubt it and trust me it will grow in due time. don't be in a big rush. I have to shave 2 times a day and it sucks. Ok the bushy mustache is pretty cool and I look like santa when I grow my beard each year but the shaving part really gets old that is why I grow a beard every year. Don't rush it.

2. ab exercise

I have combination skin and I'm using Differin for acne, which tends to dry out my skin. I was using Clinique Moisture Surge at night, which worked AMAZINGLY. The skin on my face is bloody annoying. No matter how much i wash.. cleanse.. tone.. moisturize.. spend so much on products.. my skin always looks blotchy/dirty and rough. The small band of freckles across my nose doesnt help but is there anything i can do to get even just near smooth looking skin?

i also use black mud soap by dead sea spa i think and that doesnt irritate it, im assuming youre pale because you have freckles and im extremely pale this means that any slight problem with your skin shows up extremely well so i guess makeup is the best option, i use the maybelline mineral powder because its ok to use and doesnt clog pores etc etc....

So, I would recommend going to some kind of day spa in your area and tell them about your problem. They're more than happy to help you there. They usually have a good products there to help with your acne. After I used the spa products my mom gave me, my skin was clearing up the next day! It's totally worth it, so just have you and your mom get help from your local spa.
For spot treatment, I would also recommend Benz oil Peroxide (also found at day spas).

Best permanent solution is laser hair removal. Temporary solutions are waxing, creams, shaving, etc. But none of them are permanent.
