chubby face is my big problem.Anyboy there have some tips to reduce my facial fat?

if you are a fat person or a thin one
just do following exercises
1. running - 5 - 10 min daily
2. ab exercise
1. sit ups
i dont know the exact name
but all exercise you do for reducing your wait , stomch
will definitely reuce your overall wait from every where
scientific reason
when you do exercise
every part of your body works
no one can say that if you are doing exercise for chest
then it wil have no effect on your arms or back or thigs,
even for small energy you use your complete body.
so if you start doing exercises to reduce your wait you will definitely lose your facil musslesAnyboy there have some tips to reduce my facial fat?
if u do neck exercises they help to reduce double chin and facial fat. i have personally experienced this.but take never to give jerks to ur neck and the movement shud b slow.if u r interested i'll let u know which exercises to do.
there is no such exercise that can spot reduce( burn fat from only one part of the body) your best bet would be to do cardio though and cut down on any junk food and fizzy drinks in your diet
u dnt, just wear a tight headscarf
