Is waxing the best method for a dark-skinned female who wants to get rid of facial hair on her upper lip?

All comments are welcome. Yet, it would be really helpful if you are an African-American with a medium to dark skin tone and have waxed your upper lip before. I have had my brows waxed before and the waxed skin appeared lighter, so wouldn't this happen to my upper lip too if I got it waxed? ( I would not like to walk around with a light area above my upper lip.)Is waxing the best method for a dark-skinned female who wants to get rid of facial hair on her upper lip?
waxing, plucking, or threading...just about anything besides shaving, shaving can cause razor bumpsIs waxing the best method for a dark-skinned female who wants to get rid of facial hair on her upper lip?
Waxing is ok, if you're into pain, possible ingrowm hair bumps, and pimples from the waxing. Then you have to wait til the hair is long enough again to let the wax be able to grab onto it.

Best is to use an electric razor every other day or so, takes less than 30 seconds, no recurring expense, no pimples, no chemical burns, and no pain.
Skin color doesn't matter. Waxing is the best method to remove facial hairs for everyone except THOSE HAVING sensitive skin. Waxing slows down the regrowth of facial hairs. Believe.... its true.
Have you tried electrolysis? Sounds old fashioned but it worked great on me....olive skin. And after semi-monthly sessions for about a year or so, I'll never have to do it again.

Best of luck.
sure it's good for anybody
weaving doesn't remove any skin but only hair. It's its purpose and it keeps its purpose. Waxing doesn't.
i would say yes....it may be a little light if you are uneven of skin tone but i doubt it, i wax and it works......
Yes, it's best for everyone.

Use Nads.

You can get it at CVS, Target, and Walmart (I think)
