Best permanent solution is laser hair removal. Temporary solutions are waxing, creams, shaving, etc. But none of them are permanent. Electrolysis can be permanent but it takes MANY treatments (treating each hair individually) and can cause scarring. Wax my friend! Do it yourself or go to a pro. Don't shave it...especially if you are trying to get rid of it...shaving only causes excess hair to grow more and more frequently! Good Luck!
