Does shaving REALLY make facial hair grow faster?

yeah shaving makes everything grow back faster, but also thicker,


if your trying to keep face hair away, dont shave, just get it lightened (unless there long, you could wax....)

I always heard that. I shave every other day now in days. I know the more you shave it the thicker it grows, but there's no way around it unless i get laser treatment, im not going to go through that. I may try the electric like the other person commented. That's a good idea.
no it doesn't. I mean, think about it: why would it? hair is just dead cells that your body isnt using anymore, why would doing anything to it have an affect on how many cells die in your body (it's a gross way to think of it, but that's how it works)
Not really, it depends on the person if they can generate enough hormones to grow hair fast. But in my opinion, when guys shave their beards and stuff it always grows back prickly fairly quickly.

nothing you to do the outside of the pore (like shaving) will do anything to how your body produces hair. that's just a myth.
Yes it really does but if you use an electric one it wont grow quite as fast.
