Whatever his hair's color was when he had it.





Besides, he will probably still have hair on his arms, legs, underarms, and ''other'' places. That hair's color is listed as a reference anyways, even if he is bald and has no facial hair.

They'd put n/a. Why would they put a colour? He clearly does not have hair to have a colour. That's like saying i have orange hair when its brown. He doesnt have any hair so why would they say it is brown or any other colour for that matter.





And don't use pubic hair! My god, born in a tent? People can have orange hair and have brown pubic hair. So you'd be lying if you 1- even said that he had a colour for his hair and 2- if you said it was brown because of 'other hair' when it actual fact it is orange.





But it would also once again be a case of whether he is bald since birth - therefore no hair colour. His bald due to cancer - therefore he would have had a hair colour, bald due to loss of hair - he would still have a hair colour. So born with no hair n/a, born with it but lost it - n/a, lost it through cancer or something n/a or the colour it was, shaved bald - than the colour it was.
LOL - in the state of Illinois, they put what color his hair USED to be when he had hair. My great grandmother's license still says ';BLK'; even though her hair is clearly grey.





I don't know about the other states' regulations though.
