If you need a homemade facial moisturizer, try cornstarch and milk. Mix until its the consistency of batter, massage your face, then rinse.

For your description of your skin you should start with a facial wash that will control oil. A facial scrub for 3x a week that will control blemishes. A toner that will even skintone, and of course a moisturizer that controls oil and has spf.
